Skill Development

 

Our Association remains deeply committed to empowering local youth through targeted skill development initiatives. In February 2025, we conducted a Skill Development Training Programme at our Jhargram campus, in collaboration with KVIC Kalyani. This initiative is a part of our broader mission to foster community development and youth empowerment.

Programme Objectives

The primary objective of this training programme was:

• To equip young individuals with the skills and knowledge required to become proficient in various technical trades, particularly in the electrical and plumbing sectors.

• To enhance employability and promote self-reliance through vocational training.

• To contribute to the development of skilled manpower in the electrical and plumbing industries.

Training Overview

As of now, a total of 37 local youths have successfully completed the training under our guidance.

Trade-wise distribution:

• ✅ Electrician Training – 20 participants

• ✅ Plumber Training – 17 participants

Achievement Milestone

We are proud to have empowered these young individuals with industry-relevant skills, significantly boosting their employability and entrepreneurial potential. This programme not only supports the youths in building sustainable livelihoods but also contributes to the overall socio-economic development of the region.
