1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), customers will be notified via email/phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on location).
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges will be applied and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a specified value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your shipment.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at casssoumi@gmail.com or +91 9933370381 with proof (photos/video).
We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
