De-Addiction

Since its inception in 1994, our Association has been working at the state level for the upliftment of marginalized and vulnerable communities. Among the many challenges faced by these groups, substance abuse—including tobacco and drug use—has emerged as a critical concern impacting health, family stability, and overall social well-being.
Through our De-addiction initiatives, we aim to support individuals struggling with addiction and help them reclaim their lives with dignity and purpose. Our programs focus on:
  • Awareness campaigns to educate communities about the harmful effects of tobacco, alcohol, and drug use
  • Counseling and referral services for individuals and families affected by addiction
  • Rehabilitation support in collaboration with health institutions and government agencies
  • Preventive education among adolescents, youth, and vulnerable groups to reduce the risk of substance abuse
We particularly focus on women, adolescent girls, students, and persons with disabilities, who often face additional barriers to accessing help. Our approach combines compassion, community engagement, and evidence-based strategies to create a drug-free and healthier society.
