At CHAK KUMAR ASSOCIATION FOR SOCIAL SERVICE, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality art & craft products. Since each product is crafted with care, we have set the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at casssoumi@gmail.com or +91 9933370381.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

  • Upon verification, we will either:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
