     A dynamic and energetic professional with dual postgraduate qualifications — MASTERS IN POLITICAL SCIENCE & RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL WORK — reflecting both academic excellence and professional commitment.
     Trained in Youth Club and NGO Management, with 32 years of rich experience in Leadership, Entrepreneurship Development, Child Rights and Protection, Child Education, Child Psychology, Health & Hygiene, Life Skills Education, and Adolescent Development. Served as Member Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Paschim Medinipur, Government of West Bengal (2009–2015).
     Recipient of the Outstanding Youth Club Award from Nehru Yuva Kendra, Government of India, for significant contributions to youth welfare, sports, yoga, and physical training.”

Mr. Goura Sankar Beskari

     He holds degree an Undergraduate in Anthropology, Bachelor of Physical Education, and a Masters in Social Work. His academic foundation has enabled him to combine knowledge of social sciences, physical education, and professional social work in addressing diverse community and developmental issues.
     He has over 30 years of professional experience across government and institutional sectors. He worked for 10 years in the CB DOTS Programme under the RNTCP in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, and for 15 years as a trainer with the Panchayati Raj Institutions of the same department. He also served in the Department of Information and Culture, Government of West Bengal, and has 30 years of experience as a master trainer in youth leadership, road safety advocacy, and sustainable youth development with NYKS, Government of India. In addition, he taught at Hamilton High School, Purba Medinipur, and served as a Member (Judge) of the Juvenile Justice Board, Purba Medinipur, Government of West Bengal, from 2008 to 2019.

Mr. Abdul Manjur

     He holds degree an Undergraduate in Science with Honours in Biology and a Junior Basic Training qualification.
    He retired as a teacher from the Department of Primary School Education, Government of West Bengal, after a long and dedicated career in the field of education.
   With over 30 years of experience in child education, he has also served as a Master Trainer for 15 years in Mass Literacy Programmes and health and hygiene awareness. In addition, he contributed 15 years of service to the Total Sanitation Campaign Programme and gained 15 years of experience in CBO and community development programmes, making significant contributions to community empowerment and grassroots development.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Santra

     He completed his Higher Secondary education and holds a Junior Basic Training qualification. He retired as an employee of the Department of Bureau of Statistics, Government of West Bengal, after a long and committed career in public service.
     He has 30 years of experience in the field of statistics, along with 10 years of experience in social and health security schemes with IRDA recognition. In addition, he has dedicated 18 years to social service, relief, and welfare activities, contributing to the well-being and development of communities at various levels.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Bhowmik

Asst. Secretary

     He holds an undergraduate degree in Veterinary Science and has had a diverse professional career across both the banking and veterinary sectors.
     He served as a Senior Bank Manager with Punjab National Bank and previously worked as a Veterinary Surgeon with Mother Dairy.
     He has over 21 years of experience in financial management, fund management, entrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion, and institutional management. In addition, he brings 15 years of expertise in community development, healthcare, hygiene, and nutrition, contributing to sustainable growth and social welfare at the grassroots level.

Ms. Nandita Mishra Mukharjee

     She holds a Master Degree in Sanskrit and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy.
     She has 16 years of teaching experience as a Part-Time Lecturer at Tamluk College, where she has been dedicated to guiding students in the study of Sanskrit and contributing meaningfully to higher education through teaching and mentorship.

    She has successfully completed her Matriculation.
    She has 10 years of experience in social work, actively contributing to welfare activities and community development initiatives, with a focus on supporting people in need and promoting social well-being.
