CHAK-KUMAR ASSOCIATION FOR SOCIAL SERVICE (CASS) is a registered Non-Governmental Voluntary Organization dedicated to empowering village-level youth clubs in Paschim Medinipur District. Since 1994, we have been committed to implementing diverse welfare initiatives that enhance the lives of local communities.
As we conclude the financial year 2024-2025, we proudly celebrate the completion of our 31st year of developmental activities. Despite facing numerous challenges, our programmers continued to progress, driving positive change in the region.
The objectives of the organization to study the social work, economic and cultural changes taking place in independent India, and also, to generate action - oriented programmes for the upliftment of the micro - societies through public awareness, community development and social action.
The organization seeks to formulate its approach to survey, training and other such activities in a manner such that the programmes act as input to development.
OBJECTIVES:
- To improve quality of life as enhance the overall well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
- To promote social justice as advocate for equal rights, opportunities, and resources for marginalized groups.
- To support and uplift disadvantaged communities, such as vulnerable children, youth, women, and the elderly.
- To inform and educate the public about social issues, promoting awareness and understanding.
